This Personal Information Protection Policy, in compliance with Peru’s “Personal Data Protection Law” Law No. 29733, outlines the principles and practices we will follow to protect our clients’ personal information. Our commitment to privacy includes ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of our clients’ personal information and allowing them to request access and correction of their personal information.
What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It

We will only collect client information necessary to fulfill the following purposes:
To verify identity
Identify client preferences
Understand our clients’ needs

To ensure a travel or hotel booking
Ensure a high level of service to our clients
To comply with regulatory requirements.
Contact Forms and Comments
When visitors complete forms or leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the contact or comment form, and we may also collect the IP address, date and timestamp of the visitor, and the browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After the approval of your comment, your profile picture will be visible to the public in the context of your comment. Google reCAPTCHA v3 is implemented to combat spam and abuse on this website. Completing forms is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and Google API’s Terms of Use.
The personal information collected from contact forms and comments is intended for customer service. Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. This is for your convenience so you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will also set several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen option cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me,” your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed. If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. Embedded Content from Other Websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor had visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Analytics
When you visit pages on our website, cookies are used to collect and process data through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics so we can provide better service to our clients. For more information on how they collect and process data, please see the Google Tag Manager Terms of Service and Google Analytics Terms of Service.
Consent
We will obtain the client’s consent to collect, use, or disclose personal information (except when, as indicated below, we are authorized to do so without consent). Consent can be given or can be implied when the purpose for collecting, using, or disclosing personal information is considered obvious and the client voluntarily provides personal information for that purpose. Consent may also be implied when the client is given notice and a reasonable opportunity to opt out of their personal information being used for the marketing of new services or products, or for fundraising, and the client does not opt out.
Subject to certain exceptions (e.g., personal information is necessary to provide the service or product, or the withdrawal of consent would frustrate the performance of a legal obligation), clients may withhold or withdraw their consent for us to use their personal information in certain ways. A client’s decision to withhold or withdraw their consent to certain uses of personal information may restrict our ability to provide a particular service or product. If so, we will explain the situation to assist the client in making an informed decision.
We may collect, use, or disclose personal information without the knowledge or consent of the client in the following limited circumstances: • When the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information is permitted or required by law; • In an emergency that threatens the life, health, or personal safety of an individual; * When the personal information is available from a public source; * When we require legal advice from a lawyer; * To protect ourselves from fraud; * To investigate an anticipated breach of an agreement or a contravention of the law.
Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
We will only use or disclose client personal information where necessary to fulfill the purposes identified at the time of collection or for a purpose reasonably related to those purposes, such as: * Conducting customer surveys to enhance the provision of our services; * Directly contacting our clients about products and services that may be of interest.
We will not use or disclose client personal information for any additional purpose unless we obtain consent to do so. We will not sell client lists or personal information to other parties.

How Long We Retain Your Data
If we use personal information to make a decision that directly affects the client, we will retain that personal information for at least one year so that the client has a reasonable opportunity to request access to it. We will retain personal information only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the identified purposes or a legal or business purpose.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you complete a form on the website, the information submitted in the form and its metadata are retained indefinitely for customer service purposes.
When you visit pages on our website, analytical records are retained indefinitely for customer service purposes.
Ensuring the accuracy of personal information
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that customer personal information is accurate and complete when it may be used to make a decision about the customer or disclosed to another organization.
Customers may request correction of their personal information to ensure its accuracy and completeness. A request to correct personal information must be made in writing and provide sufficient detail to identify the personal information and the correction sought.
If the personal information is shown to be inaccurate or incomplete, we will correct it as necessary and forward the corrected information to any organization to which we disclosed the personal information in the previous year. If the correction is not made, we will note the customer’s request for correction in the file.
Protecting Personal Information
We are committed to ensuring the security of customer personal information to protect it from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, or deletion or similar risks.
The following security measures will be followed to ensure that customer personal information is adequately protected:
– The use of user IDs and passwords to log on to computers and websites with customer personal information;
– Firewalls on computers used to access the information;
– Restricting employee access to personal information as appropriate.
We will use appropriate security measures when destroying a customer’s or member’s personal information, such as permanently deleting electronically stored information.
We will continually review and update our security policies and controls as technology changes to ensure the ongoing security of personal information.
What rights you have over your data
Customers have the right to access their personal information, subject to limited exceptions. A request for access to personal information must be made in writing and provide sufficient detail to identify the personal information sought. If you have an account on this site, completed a form or left comments, you may request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You may also request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.
